RootedHub LLC ("RootedHub," "we," "us") operates rootedhub.site, a directory connecting people in Central Florida with wellness practitioners, vendors, events, and classes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — name, email, phone, county, and avatar when you create an account.
• Listing info — business details, photos, descriptions, and contact info you publish.
• Registration info — name, email, and phone when you register for an event or class.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, and basic device info via cookies/log files.

2. How we use it

• Provide, operate, and improve the directory and your account.
• Process payments, send receipts, and remind you about upcoming events.
• Communicate with you about your listings, registrations, or support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

3. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), and email senders.
• Organizers — when you register, your name and contact info are shared with the listing organizer so they can host the event.
• Legal — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus basic analytics to understand site usage. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Your choices & rights

• Update or correct your profile in Profile Settings.
• Delete your listings from My Listings.
• Cancel registrations from My Registrations.
• Request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing us via Contact.

Florida and California residents have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

6. Data retention

We keep account and listing data while your account is active, and transaction records as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).

7. Children

RootedHub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We'll post any updates here and revise the "Effective" date above.
